Rebirth
Welcome to the new home of my Encaustic Art.
This is an opportunity to browse through , check out what's new, and enjoy some time here. I've made a few changes from my old site. The aim being to treat it like a real Gallery - good for browsing - and hopefully ambiance!
Aghavni's eagle.
"The eagle that dares"
A commssioned work Aug 2002.
Paradise
The pictures are all created in wax - giving them an unusual translucence. I've outlined more about the process on the History of Encaustic page.

Some (but not all) of the pictures here are available for sale.
I have to say that I like to paint - what I feel like painting - but if you give me a guide about what you like I will perhaps be able to create something similar for you Of course there is no obligation to buy until you approve the finished work. Different colour combinations/suggestions are welcomed also.
Most pages, come with a limit of 4 pictures - to save you download time.
The Art Cards section being one of the exceptions to this rule - here I have provided a wider sample to give you an idea of range.
I've also been a little bit more mindful of sizing - now that I've mastered a few web-building techniques! If there is a particular picture you would like you own -I can send you a higher resolution image via E-mail. This cuts out download time for people who just want to browse.
<--- The side panels I have reserved for quotes - from folks wiser than me .. - and either visual information about the site and me, or some favourite pictures that have gone to new homes all over the place. This is a picture of my uniquely Australian designed 1890's cottage. Built when the town enjoyed prosperity in the wealthiest gold producing area of the world.
